CLUB LE BOMB IN WORLD HISTORY... 1896 - wierd cellar/water turbine built underground somewhere in Munich 1914 - Birth of Elisabeth Dunlop, future mother of Lucille Shaw, in turn future mother of MISS LE BOMB 1937 - Hitler orders tunnels to be built from HAUS DER KUNST outwards, spreading all over Munich hitting the Holzstrasse too 1951 - Blueprints for the creation of UNCLE LE BOMB drawn up 1952 - Elvis Aaron Presley pretends to play guitar. First sighting of the air guitar 1962 - A small group of activists wearing denim with strange partly-shaven hairstyles attack the KAISER CLUB in Hamburg where the Beatles have been playing for 12 days. They accuse the band of playing "Schlager Muzik" and bomb the toilets 1967 - An odd pirate radio show, going by the name of "RADIO SKANDAL" is broadcastes. Unfortunately the shows length spans a total of four minutes, the sender being discovered very quickly by the local police 1972 - MR LE BOMB escapes from his Mum in the supermarket 1973 - Dr Bergal recieves his degree in civil rights law. He opens a firm and invests a lot of money in property all over Munich 1974 - After a row of complications, Uncle le Bomb is released into the wild, already having been produced six years beforehand 1975 - Miss le Bomb arrives healthy into the world, 30cms, no hair 1976 - THE SEX PISTOLS form. Malcom McLaren produces the world's first boy band. The "PUNK" look catches on 1977 - CBGBs in New York becomes the in-place to hang out for the punk populace 1985 - Renovations made to cellar and building above. Rented out as offices 1987 - Miss le Bomb starts secondary school 1991 - Mr le Bomb finishes school. Travels to Ruhrpot with collegue to 1992 - Uncle le Bomb becomes a father. Scientists amazed 1996 - Miss le BOmb travels to Munich on a college exchange trip for three months 1997 - Uncle le Bomb and Mr le Bomb meet at MOLYCOTE exhibition where they both exhibit their work 1997 - Miss le Bomb moves to Munich and meets Mr le Bomb at a performance. Short introduction to Uncle le bomb but neither seem that interested in each other 1997 - Yahoo dot com move into building in the holzstrasse Munich 1998 - Whilst walking past a disused toilet in SCHLACHTHOFBRONX, Mr and Miss le Bomb are struck by an idea: CLUB LE BOMB 1998 - DJ HELL hears of a wonder-duo who like to do strange performances. He employs Mr and Miss le Bomb to decorate his Germany tour. Russian airport security terminals are built in the doorways of the visited clubs and guests are given fake boarding passes with a curious competition on the back and an email address 1999 - After a trial run in the Akademie Galerie Munich, club le Bomb becomes a household name. Mr le Bomb stumbles over a strange cellar room in the centre of Munich and immediately reports to Miss who rushes over to see it... 1999 - After a lot of energy and sweat club le Bomb opens its doors to the world with ponk club nites and ponkformances. The general public don't know what to do and attempt to conform but 1999 - Stealing. Club le Bomb leaves the building after five months 1999 - The Apocalypse party team invite club le Bomb to perform in the LOK MUnich. 2000 - FACE magazine reports a new trend...punk. CLub le Bomb laughs 2000 - The WORLD TOUR begins. Club le Bomb travel to all corners of German and Scottish speaking Europe to make the world that little bit wiser 2000 - Retrospective exhibition in LADEN with groundbreaking stage performance from the CLUB LE BOMB GALA BAND. The first time a band has stood on the wall to perform! 2001 - After various dj-events Mr, Miss and Uncle le Bomb get together as CLB to produce the MAXFORUM event "Club le Bomb: A Piece of Chewing gum stuck to the bottom of your trousers". One week of different events chosen by the CLB crew (for a total line-up click here). At the final party a total of ten bands perform, each getting five minutes performance time on stage. Chaos and hilarity are again established 2001 - DATAMUSIK, ANTIHUND, REIS and VIRALCEE all release CLB Gala Band tracks. Meanwhile Mr and Miss le Bomb collaborate with ELECTRIC LE SHEEP to produce the first CLB EP.
